The District’s Nutrition Services program participates in the national School Breakfast and Lunch Programs, meeting all nutritional standards for criteria for federal and state reimbursement. The Free and Reduced Price Breakfast and Lunch Program provides families who meet certain income guidelines with meals at no cost or at a reduced price of 30 cents for breakfast and 40 cents for lunch. For families who do not meet the eligibility guidelines, your student(s) will be subject to pay full price for meals if they choose to purchase a lunch.

School Meals During SNAP Benefit Pause

As of November 1st 2025, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is currently on pause during the government shutdown. If your student was determined to be eligible for free school meals based on your household's participation in SNAP, your student will continue to receive meals at no cost during the pause. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jacob Green or Julie Bartell in the Nutrition Services office.

As a reminder, those who receive meals at no cost are also eligible to receive breakfast at no cost.

Reduced Students Eat for Free

The state of Ohio will be covering the cost of meals for any students who have been approved to receive school meals at a reduced rate for the 2024-2025 school year!
